This company is seeking recruiters to join their established and growing firm in the high-tech industry. Must have 1-2 years recruiting experience, as well as skills/experience in customer service, inside sales or administration. Must live in either the West Coast, Mountain or Central time zone.
Berlitze provides an online classroom environment teaching English as a Second Language as well as other languages. You will need to travel to one of their offices for training and initial orientation.
Hires work from home courseware developers, and graphic designers, as well as instructors and sales reps. Must possess skills relevant to the companies competencies, this firm works in IT security training.
The "Virtual Instructor" program allows a subject matter expert to participate in the authoring of new training material. Also has opportunities for EVMS Schedulers and Program Analysts. No educational requirements for the Virtual Instructor. The virtual instructor will earn a significant royalty (a percentage) of each sale.

Salary Wage: $10 per hour plus bonuses. Hourly rate will increase with experience.
