Will work on various projects which are business-oriented issues, ranging from energy to health care. for clients and receive inbound calls. Must have personal computer (no Macs)with Windows 2000 or higher, Internet Explorer, high speed internet connection (DSL/Cable), landline telephone with headset.
Job Term: 25 hour per week minimum.
Salary Wage: $12 per hour.
You will receive inbound customer service/troubleshooting calls from customers who need assistance/solutions with the company's video-on-demand. Will receive a paid 2-3 week training.
Requirements: Must be professional, excellent customer service calls, high speed internet connection (DSL/Cable), Windows XP SP2, 512 MB RAM, 1 USB Port, corded telephone/headset with no features (or disabled during calls), quiet environment to work.
Will receive inbound calls from customers wishing to order flowers for different holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. You will take their orders, verify their orders are correct before processing, take payments. Requirements: Must have an up-to-date computer, excellent math skills, high speed internet connection (DSL/Cable), landline telephone, type 35 wpm, prefer call center experience. Must be 18 years old or older, excellent customer service experience & communication skills, high school diploma or GED. Must have up-to-date virus protection software, firewall. Job Term: 8-10 hour shifts during peak times. Location: Arizona, Florida, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Ohio, New York, Texas, Virginia and Nevada.
If you have transcription experience in either general or specialty medicine and are based in the United States, the company has opportunities available. You will provide medical transcription for various healthcare providers.
